Why isn’t my email arriving?

Check mailbox setup, DNS authentication, and delivery status without guesswork.

emailDNSdelivery

Email depends on a few DNS records that answer different questions. IaGenify shows the values required for your domain; use those values as the source of truth when updating its DNS zone.

Know what each record does

MX records tell other mail systems where to deliver incoming messages. SPF identifies which sending services are permitted for the domain. DKIM lets a receiving system verify a signature attached to an outgoing message. A DMARC policy tells receivers how to handle messages that fail those checks and where reports may be sent.

A typo or duplicate record can undermine a setup even when the rest looks correct. Compare the complete record name, type, and value with the instructions, and avoid publishing multiple SPF records for the same hostname.

Read the delivery result

A refusal means the message was not accepted for delivery. Check that the recipient address exists, the sending domain is verified, and its authentication records are visible. A delayed message may still be retrying; use the delivery status to distinguish that from a final refusal.

Check attachments and storage

Attachments can depend on the storage connected to your account. If a message arrives without an attachment link, review available storage and the attachment size, then try again with a smaller file if needed.
