How does the monthly email sending quota work?

The included sending allowance is shared across all mailboxes on the account and resets on the first day of each calendar month. Once it is used, sending can continue at the published per-message credit cost; the quota does not automatically block delivery.

Mail

One account-wide allowance

Count mail sent through every mailbox attached to the account, not just the mailbox currently selected. A workflow, an application, and a manual send can all contribute to the same monthly total. Check account usage before planning a campaign or a high-volume automation.

The allowance follows the calendar month and becomes available again on the first. It is not a rolling 30-day window, and unused sends do not carry forward. Consult the usage display for the current period and the account's applicable plan details.

Plan for overage and control spend

When the included allowance is exhausted, each additional send is charged at the published credit rate. Review that rate and your balance before enabling a workflow that sends many messages, and include an approval step for campaigns or other externally visible bursts.

The quota is an allowance, not a deliverability guarantee. Provider limits, recipient validity, spam controls, and domain authentication still affect delivery. Monitor both product usage and delivery outcomes, and pause the sending workflow if its volume or recipient pattern looks unexpected.
