Check whether the result was limited
Some tools return only an initial segment, a maximum number of rows, or a compact representation of a larger object. Read the tool's status and metadata to distinguish a complete result from a bounded one.
For text or tabular data, use offsets, page tokens, or narrower filters to request manageable slices. Preserve the ordering or cursor between requests so records are not skipped or repeated.
Reconstruct the complete picture carefully
When combining multiple responses, track the ranges already retrieved and check for overlap or gaps. Do not treat an excerpt as the entire source when summarizing or making a decision.
If the interface provides no continuation mechanism, narrow the request to the exact fields or sections needed, or use an appropriate export path. State the scope of what was inspected so readers understand the limits of the conclusion.
