Check both individual and total limits
The hosting service checks multiple constraints before sending a deployment: file count, size of each file, total request body, and the account's available storage quota. Passing one check does not guarantee that the complete deployment fits the others.
When files are sent as encoded content, the request representation can be larger than the original bytes. Several files that are individually acceptable may therefore exceed the total payload allowance together. Review the deployment error and file list rather than repeatedly retrying the unchanged bundle.
Reduce or reorganize the deployment safely
Remove files that are not part of the site, such as local caches and development artifacts, and avoid including duplicate build outputs. Keep credentials and private environment files out of the deployment entirely; do not try to make them fit by compressing them into public assets.
If the required site still exceeds a documented limit, split responsibilities across supported deployment units or use the appropriate storage path for large data rather than bundling it with the site. Recheck the total request and account quota after changing the file set, then deploy and inspect the skipped-file report.
