Know which commands are unavailable
ATTACH and DETACH change which database files a connection can access. VACUUM INTO writes a database copy to a named file. IaGenify blocks these commands rather than allowing a query to connect to or create files beyond the service's managed storage.
The refusal is specific to those commands; it does not prevent ordinary reads, writes, or schema changes that the SQL Database supports. Use the documented `tables` and SQL actions for the managed database. If you need to move data between databases, use an approved export and import workflow rather than trying to reach another file from SQL.
Choose a supported data transfer
For a migration, export the needed records through a supported query or application path and load them into the destination using its supported interface. Review the row counts and a sample of values after import so that encoding, date formats, and relationships are preserved.
Do not repeatedly retry a refused command with small syntax changes; the operation remains unsupported. If the task requires database file access or a physical backup, use the platform's supported backup or administration process. Keep credentials and exported data protected while you perform the transfer.
